GUARANTEE CABINS
When booking a GUARANTEE cabin, guests will be allocated a cabin at the discretion of the cruiseline. The cabin can be in the category you have booked, or in a higher priced category. For example, passengers booking a Guarantee Oceanview cabin are guaranteed a cabin with an oceanview, however it may have an obstructed view. The cabin may also be on a lower deck, but in a more favourable position than the category that was booked.
You will receive your cabin assignment closer to the time of sailing, or it may even be on the day of embarkation. The cruiseline will advise us once a cabin has been allocated and we will pass the details onto you.
If you have more than one cabin booked and/or are travelling in a group, please be aware that it is quite probable that your guarantee cabins will not be close together or even on the same deck.
Once a cabin is assigned, the cruiseline will not accept any request to change. Just Cruises have no control over cabin allocations for guarantee cabins.
Please contact us if you have concerns and/or have specific cabin requirements, as you may need to pay a higher fare to confirm your cabin preferences.

Please ensure your full name and the full names of each person in this booking are spelt exactly as they appear on the passenger’s passport and identification. This is extremely important as cruise lines and airlines may charge fees for amendments to these details and it will be necessary for us to pass these fees on to the passenger.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend you purchase International Travel Insurance at the time you pay your deposit. If you do not purchase Travel Insurance, you will not be able to claim for any cancellation charges, medical costs and other expenses that may arise if things do not go according to plan.
